Azure layers  will lay 4-5 blue eggs (!) per week in season.  They have cute head crests, sometimes come with face muffs, and have blue or black barred feathering. They WILL lay a blue egg, with NO chance of a brown egg.  They are sweet, non-broody and will lay alot of medium- large eggs starting at 16-20 weeks.  They do well in Colorado as they are hardy in all climates.  They do well in mixed flocks.  A great addition for a nice, cost effective and non-broody hen that will add alot of blue eggs to your basket.
