Curious and Friendly! Jade Eggers lovely and crested, they are a hybrid that lays shades of jade green to greenish blue eggs. These girls come in a splash color or blue color (from light to slate blue), and are heat and cold hardy perfect for Colorado.  They are a medium sized hen, and will give  3-5 eggs /wk.  Jade Eggers are friendly and are curious and will follow you around for treats, but don't usually like to be held (although mine loves to fly up and perch on my shoulder).  My Jade Egger hen is the first to greet me in the morning for breakfast.  These girls are sweet and hardy and  lay a good amount of varied shades of green to greenish blue eggs (usually). A great addition for some color for your flock! Note, as with most green egg layers there is a 1/64 chance of a tan color egg.
